How to Exchange/Return

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send an email to hello@friulishoes.com including:

  • Order number;
  • Your intention to exchange or return the item. We are happy to offer free exchanges for the same item in Mainland Portugal only, in an alternative size; if this is the case, please specify for which size you wish to exchange and we will get back to you with further instructions.

To return an item, please make sure the item is unused, in the same condition in which it was received and include the original labels and packaging. Attach a copy of the receipt and ship the package to our warehouse:

Please note that returns for any other reason than size exchange or product's faultiness are at your own cost.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please note that there is no right of return for deliveries outside of the European Union, excluding Switzerland and United Kingdom.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and include the original labels and packaging.

If your shoes are in any way defective/faulty we will cover all return shipping costs, and issue a full refund. Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are happy to offer free exchanges for the same item in Mainland Portugal only, in an alternative size. Should you wish to exchange for a different style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds 

Please allow 10 working days from the date the package is received for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Fee

Express delivery is available in all countries and standard delivery is available in some countries.

We are happy to offer shipping costs on orders over 100€. For orders of lower amounts the following rates and delivery times apply:

Portugal*

Expected delivery: 1-2 working days 

BLINK Express 2 hour – 5,9€

BLINK Same day delivery – 4,5

BLINK Standard shipping – 3,9€

Expected delivery: 1-2 working days

France, Italy and Germany

DHL – 15€ (expected delivery: 1-2 working days)

Expected delivery: 2-3 working days; 4-5 working days for Eastern Europe

CTT – 15€

USA and Canada

Expected delivery: 5 working days

Shipping Conditions
Products are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
